How ForeAI handles information during the Tennessee assisted beta.
Effective: July 19, 2026. This beta policy is an operational baseline and must receive qualified legal review before a broad public launch.
ForeAI collects application details, account identity, golfer preferences and standing tee-time rules you choose to provide, product interactions, voice-session usage, feedback, subscription status, and limited technical diagnostics needed to operate and improve Ask Caddie.
We use this information to review access requests, authenticate accounts, personalize recommendations, provide tee-time reminders and authorized actions, administer subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. ForeAI does not sell personal information.
Supabase processes authentication and application data, Vercel hosts the web application, OpenAI may process prompts and short-lived voice-session content needed to provide AI responses, and Stripe processes payments and billing data. ForeAI stores Stripe customer, subscription, price, and status identifiers, but does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Course and booking providers receive only the information needed for a golfer-requested handoff or authorized action. ForeAI does not authorize scraping or bypass provider access controls. Third-party sites have their own privacy practices.
You may request access, correction, or deletion from Account → Privacy and data or by emailing support@playforeai.com. Information is retained only while needed for the beta, an active account or subscription, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Verified deletion requests are logged and completed subject to required retention.
Do not submit payment-card data, health information, passwords, API keys, or other sensitive information through Ask Caddie, voice, or feedback forms.
