ForeAI is a limited beta service. Features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors, and access may be suspended or revoked to protect golfers, courses, providers, or the service.

Tee-time assistance. ForeAI distinguishes automatic booking at a certified supported course from an official booking-link or phone handoff. A handoff is not a reservation. ForeAI does not claim a booking is complete unless an authorized provider returns a verified confirmation. Course inventory, prices, payment requirements, cancellation policies, and booking windows are controlled by the course or its booking provider and may change.

Standing authorization. Any future automatic booking requires a separate, explicit rule covering approved courses, dates, time bounds, player count, holes, and a maximum price. It remains disabled in this assisted beta unless ForeAI has authorized provider access and current course certification. A verified booking may carry course charges or no-show penalties. Silence after a verified booking means keep only when the golfer accepted that rule in advance; ForeAI never treats silence as consent to subscribe or renew a ForeAI plan.

Subscriptions. Plus and Premium renew automatically at the monthly or annual interval selected during checkout until canceled. The price, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation method are shown before purchase and in Stripe's receipt. Cancel from Account → Plans and billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless checkout states otherwise. Except where law requires otherwise, partial periods are not refunded. Applicable taxes may be added.

Recommendations are informational and may not reflect current course, weather, pricing, policy, or tee-time conditions. Verify consequential details with the course or authorized booking destination. ForeAI is not responsible for third-party course or provider services.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape provider systems, interfere with other testers, or upload unlawful or sensitive content. Feedback may be used to improve ForeAI. You retain ownership of your content while granting ForeAI the limited rights needed to process it and operate the service.
